Development

  We provide a customized process designed to meet the specific needs of your organization. After evaluating your current policies and procedures, we will develop material which will allow you to meet the audit requirements. As appropriate input from management, supervisors and the committee will be used to adapt this information so it will be a perfect match for your company's culture.

Implementation

  The success of this health and safety process will be based upon the acceptance and support of management, supervisors, workers and the committee. Each of these groups will be informed of their duties and responsibilities. As required customized training will be provided to help them understand the steps required to meet their obligations.

As well as training, we will provide record sheets which will be used to document that the legislated training, inspections and other obligations have been completed.

Our goal is to act as a coach until  your staff are able to maintain the health and safety process.

Audit

  During your audit we are able to attend and provide support which will ensure that you receive maximum credit for your policies and procedures.

Maintenance                          

  After the audit is successfully passed, if you request our support, we can provide advice and assistance which will ensure that this comprehensive process continues to achieve your objective of improving health and safety in your workplace.
